When do you start spraying for Mosquitoes?

We will start with our first application within the last 2 weeks of May (there must be leaves on the trees) and you will have coverage through the first 2 weeks of October.

Do I have to be home?

Most of our clients prefer to have their yard sprayed while they are at work or out doing errands so they don’t have any of their time taken up waiting for their yard to dry. If you have outside pets they need to be inside for the duration of the treatment and for 30-45 minutes afterwards. Once the yard is dry they can enjoy it again without worrying about those biting pests.
We will notify you the day before so you will be aware of our visit.

How long does it take?

Most applications take approximately 10 – 15 minutes based on properties that are a half-acre and under in size. If you have a larger yard or a heavily wooded property it may take a little longer. Once we are done spraying all you need to do is wait 30-45 for the treatment to dry and then you can open your windows and doors and resume your activities outdoors once again.

What if it rains?

Fortunately our product is not removed by rain. We use an organic elastic film that helps protect the product from washing away with rain, breaking down with the sun or wearing off by leaves rubbing due to wind. However, if the weather negatively effects your treatment all you need to do is give us a call, and we will return and apply another treatment. If the forecast calls for heavy or consistent rain or high winds that day then we will reschedule to protect the integrity of the application.

Does your service kill any other pests?

We only guarantee mosquitos, however, it will effectively kill other insects that go on the treated surfaces. This means that if ticks, fleas or spiders go on the plants we spray they won’t be around for long. We have even had several clients tell us they don’t have flies or gnats for weeks after we spray.

How long does it last?

The product lasts about 35-40 days. Our product has a fantastic residual effect that keeps the mosquitoes away for weeks at a time. We come out every 21 days so your protection is always over lapping.

Will your product kill all the mosquitoes on my property?

No service can offer 100% protection from every mosquito. There could be times when a mosquito from a neighboring property could make its way into your yard and bite you before landing on a treated surface. However, you will find that the presence of mosquitoes is reduced by over 95%.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will come back and re-apply, and if you still are not happy with our service we will refund you as our service is 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Does your company accept checks?

We do accept checks, however, the amount needs to be for the entire season or remaining part thereof and will require a 7 day hold. Once that is complete we will put you on the schedule and you will see us within the next 7 days.

Do you offer a total organic or total natural application?

We do not offer a total organic or total natural application, and frankly we do not receive many requests for a total organic or total natural application.

How is the product applied?

We spray trees, shrubs and bushes in your front and back yards. We spray under decks if there is access. We can spray around other areas such as firepits, gardens, sheds and pools if requested. We also do a perimeter around your home.

When should I water my lawn?

Wait until after the product has had time to dry about 30 – 45 minutes– remember to shut off automatic sprinkler systems.

When should I mow my lawn?

You can mow your lawn the day before we come out, or wait until after the product has had time to dry about 30 – 45 minutes.

How does your respray policy work?

It is not uncommon to see mosquitoes after the first application, because that is when they are at their highest in numbers. But if you continue to see a considerable amount of mosquitos after your second application give us a call no later than five days after your application and we will come out within one week to respray your property at no charge. *Remember to allow 24 – 48 hours for the product to reach its full potential after every application.

Does your product contain pesticide?

Yes but a very small amount under 1%.

Can you do anything about standing water in low spots on larger properties?

We can use granules in wet swampy areas that will kill larvae and prevent mosquitos from breeding in those areas as long as there is no runoff into a body of water such as a stream, creek, river or lake.

I have a family farm on my property. Can you treat my home?

Since our formula contains a pesticide we do not take any risk in harming farm animals should they graze or walk into the areas we could spray, so we do not treat this kind of environment.
